Does anyone have the second episode of this, or know if it is posted somewhere?. BBCAmerica is airing it here, but I forgot to record episode 2 and don't want to continue watching the rest of the episodes without seeing it if possible

Didn't see this first time round, bought DVD on whim and was blown away by the whole thing. Bill Nighy is fantastic and David Morrisey shows why he is such an in demand actor. I knew the film adaptation was going to be pants when I saw that the Nighy role had been taken by Helen Mirren!!!!For goodness sake!!!!

@Umikosuzuhara James MacAvoy.... could not stand his 1 dimensional performance of the cocky, precocious, smarmy little brat. Have no idea why he is there trying to show up all of the seasoned profesionals. No humility whatsoever. No range of character at all

@joegreaser who are you talking about?

D'aww he's adorable XD

I loved James MacAvoy and Bill Nighy the most in this show. Absolutely charismatic men. The second things are John Simm and Kelly Macdonald. By the way does she always got that scottish accent? She`s so charming. And actually Polly Walker and guy who played Dominic F. were very good too. Great show, 6 eps weren`t enough 4 me.

@joegreaser That was kind of the point. He played it brilliantly.

@neznezneznez Absolutely hated him in this show.... Loved everyone else in this show. James McAvoys character was constantly over proud of himself, and wore the same "aren't I brilliant" cocky smile throughout the whole damn thing. Hated him!!!!

I loved State of Play... however this kid was the one thing that annoyed me throughout the show. His constant beaming cocky confidence in himself, and smart ass smile drove me to hate his character

Well they take Russel Crowe,Helen Mirren, Rachel McAddams who is beautiful but acting I'm not sure though I liked her films. I saw the USA thing.NO American film can compete with British.Worse they have Ben Affleck in a main role and he smells up every film he's in.
State of Play was amazing. I can't believe they're re-making an American version of it instead of just purchasing and distributing it here in the states. Everything about it is superb...the cast, the direction...and James McAvoy just jumps out of the screen he's so charismatic in this.
