Hi! My name is Amber. I am 15 yrs old. I was diagnosed with CF when I was 6 weeks old. I was diagnosed with CF related Diabetis about 4 yrs ago. I was very sick and my doctors gave me 6 months to a year to live. During that time I was placed in a foster home, because my mother was to overwhelemed. I have two brothers but neither of them have CF. I see them every weekend when I go home to visit. My story is told as one of the biggest miracles for CF.

What a wonderful video!I am in the procese of organising an event for CF trust my self!! I lost my best friend to CF And as you said in the video people with cf are as normal as you or I on the out side!! When i say to people that my best friend died coz of CF (cystic fibrosis) most people don't ave a clue what you are talking about and don't understand about!I would love any helpfull tips on charity event you can give me! im a cf suferer i think this video is brilliant. i like the way you explain that we look normal on the outside but on the inside were not because wen i explain to some people that im not well they look at me asif to say im lieing. im so glad these videos are on youtube because not alot of people know wat cf is!! x

i have cf and just i was told when i was four, a was in hospital for two weeks and came out last thursday and when back to school yesterday and i find the hardest thing to deal with if u have cf is the way people treat you.
