Doug Griffiths: Community Development - Alberta PC Leadership

The key to building a better Alberta is building better communities. To succeed as a province, our communities are critically important, not just today, but also for tomorrow. Alberta has the capability and the resources to achieve global success, but we will not be able to enjoy any of it if our communities crumble. We must ensure a solid foundation in our communities, on which we can then build a better Alberta where our families can prosper. There are 422 communities in Alberta. I have been to 328 of them, and I recognize that regardless of the size or the location, there are four pillars necessary to build a strong community foundation. (Education, Health Care, Economic Development and Jobs, Community Infrastructure)
