I can't speak for black women but black men hate Oprah because she has consistently thrown us under the bus for the last 25 years. Everytime a black man was on her show it was for something negative. There's something about her that's just not right, yeah she does charity work or so they say, but I just think that if a person honestly wants to help the needy from their heart, they do not have the need to be famous. There are many people who help and stay anonymous, she just seems to want to get recognized as this great woman that helps everyone... It's all fake, that's why I've never watched her show, but I just wonder how the fuck did she get so rich from a talk show?
