I see quite a lot of errors here. Pressing with the legs is a no no. Using the lower back to help lift the weight is a no no. Also looks like he's not quite completing the rep at the top of the lift.
These are all classic mistakes that tend to crop up when the weight gets too heavy. Reduce the weight, fix the form anomalies, and don't progress beyond what you can do with correct form. Just my 2 cents.

@sbowesuk i bet the amount of weight you do with "correct" form is = to what you do with "poor" form. AKA you are weak so you pretend to yourself that it is your form stopping you from lifting heavy weights, but reality is you couldn't lift anything heavy no matter what you did.
