@TheSpiritualJew Technically the the cross wasn't the exectution tool that killed Jesus, he carried it had nails through his hands and feet, and a spear stabbed at his rib, and he gave his soul back to his father so in a way there really wasnt an exeution tool....but thats just my opinion

The Cross is not a symbol to worship but a reminder. That Christ died for our sins. The cross symbolizes not only Our sins the price of our sins but also the redemption which through Christ we received as a gift by God with only prereq being that you Love him back by acknowledging that he is the only way to salvation. Christians don't worship the cross we are humbled , reminded, and given hope when we see the cross.

@TheSpiritualJew for one, most people don't worship the cross. We are told by Jesus to take up our cross daily. When we pray we are putting our sins at the foot of the cross. What is at the foot of the cross? Jesus' blood. The price for our sins is His blood. The cross isn't typically "worshipped" but yes some people do worship the cross, and that shouldn't be done. I'm not trying to be rude, and if I came across as rude, I apologize, it was not my intention.
