LOL...catfish. I think the people who eat catfish have other problems aside from being low on Omega 3's. If you be eatin catfish, you need an overhaul.
Great video. Cute, too.

@InvisiMan2006 vegan diet is great short term..

@InvisiMan2006, THE Point is well proven with real life, very much peer reviewed. That's why people aren't vegan. And we all eat plants. Got it? Most peoples' dietary are plant based, though that will vary depending on conditions due to the dynamics of life and what works best for an individual. Vegetables, fruits, grains, oily seeds/nuts, animal flesh, eggs, whole milk, etc. both cooked and raw as appropriate, all make for great health. All of them. It's a matter of balance. We're human.

@ToolsnFire No need to show them? You can't prove your point unless you can show your sources. I'm interested in seeing them for one because they sound contradictory to all current research. I'm confused by what you say about vegan diets resulting in poor health. There are so many people with diagnosed diabetes, heart disease, MS, blood pressure problems, etc. who heal after adopting a plant-based diet - it was their previous animal-based diet which caused their problems.

@InvisiMan2006, I've seen em, there's no need to show them. And the what really matters is what works in practical living. Moderation and balance. Truly vegan diets result in poorer health from my experience both personally and by observation of others. Do you trust your body? Are you in tune? Your body reveals by response and results, which conclusions can be readily made. It's a matter of the integrity/health/fitness of your body. You're being deluded. Life is long.

@ToolsnFire "there are more 'peer reviewed published studies' validating the healthy and vital benefits of substantial animal products in the human diet than not". Please point them out to me. Like I said, there is a five DVD set which goes through current studies and reports which support vegan diets - I have hundreds of those studies on my harddrive, but I'd love to see data which refutes it. Show me your studies, and we can move forward with debating this topic.

@InvisiMan2006 I'm not debating plant based. I eat plenty of plant products as my body indicates appropriate. I also eat plenty of animal product as my body indicates appropriate. Believe what you will, there are more 'peer reviewed published studies' validating the healthy and vital benefits of substantial animal products in the human diet than not. Animal products are a standard of the eons old world wide human diet because eating animal products enables us to be our best.
I appreciate your effort to educate people but, there are some errors in your explaination that I cannot ignore.
Prostaglandines and Leukotrienes are not cells, they are chemical substances, similar to hormones, only that they dont get carried around in your body as much as hormones. So Prostaglanines are classified as mediators. They are produced and released by inflammatory cells, they are not inflammatory cells themselves.
Sorry for my English, I'm still learning.
keep up the good work!
