does the human flag use more ab, or arm strength? i know it uses both, but which one does it use more?

I think it uses a bit more arm strength a lot of lattissimus strength, never foget the lat, very important!!!

Do you train both sides or do you only do a flag in one direction?

Yes I do! both sides are important, but favorite one is right side, more strength in arm and shoulder :) - bye andi
