  • does the human flag use more ab, or arm strength? i know it uses both, but which one does it use more?

  • I think it uses a bit more arm strength a lot of lattissimus strength, never foget the lat, very important!!!

  • i still cant do human flag i think i miss abdominal strenght but fuck my bro is 100kg *1.90 and he does it :S
