The ritual should be drawn out a little more. You are vibrating the spheres in your body. AAAAATTAAAAAAAHHHH really virbate the chakra or energy center. to the feet. MAAAAALKUUUUUUT. you know? it is a meditation, not just a ritual. this is simply my view. i think it should be done slower like a meditation. used to do everything long and drawn out...then I was initiated in the Merkava by a Lemurian priest and he had me do everything quickly-Loudly-and remember to "stomp" the foot -this all resonates through diff dimensions...besides that-proper Will and Intent are Key-I am an artist and can SEE the lines of fire I am drawing..

@ariana29x nothing to do with self hypnosis, self hypnosis is watching tv. think about how many years you have lived, then think about how long these things have survived.. the point is its experienceable, repeatable, and immutably real once done properly. the problem for most people is it takes effort and the ability to divide imagination from phenomenon. a rationalist like yourself would do well to try something specific (yoga or magick) for 3 months and record everything, including emotions..

If you have ever tried this or any Magick ritual and you didnt feel anything, then im sorry you didnt do it properly. And btw, i would not use this video as an example. Way too fast, said the names but did not vibrate them, did not seem to put any effort in visualizing the meaning of the cross, or the sephira..
