Perhaps the most important thing in AS is NOT to fucking panic and pussy out when you get gangbanged. It's also a fantastic way to train your mental skillz.
Here's a song that might not be the fastest (those go to the synthetic songs), but is consistently painful in the sense that 1 slipup can give you big headaches.
