New Taizé song. It was being essayed during the last week of August. It's different than the one tried in July.

This version is different from the July version. indeed. The melody in the middle of the last sentence has been changed. Lovely song, though! Thanks for the recording.

Although I am not a native speaker of French, I think the lyrics are more like:

Retourne mon âme à ton repos, car le Seigneur t'a fait du bien. Il a gardé mon âme de la mort. Il es suira pour toujours les larmes de nos yeux.
