@Ragedoom Ah, school lunches! We used to have something we called "dog food" for its looks, but it was actually quite tasty. (It was a spiced ground beef mixture served over rice.) Yes, in Seattle one can't get far from yellow pea soup, lefse, lutefisk, and Lutheran churches... :-)

@shmuli9 1st: I didn't really know what to write :P
2nd: We get it atleast once a month in school, though too often they are hard as planks...
3rd: I did not know that Seattle is very Scandinavian. Go figure :)

@Ragedoom :-) "Black pudding" works, but "puddingmade out of blood" is a bit too descriptive, rather like calling a "black eye" "an eye bruised with dead blood cells around it"... Do people eat it often in Sweden? (I've had a blood pudding once, but I personally didn't like it very much. There are some OTHER Swedish foods I like, though, like open sandwiches and fruit soups. Oh, did you know that Seattle is VERY Scandinavian - by far the largest ethnic group?)

@Ragedoom Thanks for the translation, but you really didn't need to say "pudding made out of blood", though it's actually "blood SAUSAGE" in English... :-)

-This is Johan. "Hi" -Johan has just eaten his [Blodpudding] (pudding made out of blood). Johan will have to eat that for some months because he has bought a lamp for 3000:- (About 430$). "Mm. Marmor =)." -At IKEA would those 3K been enough for a lamp, a big table, four chairs, couch, a set of plates (60 pieces), forks and knives and napkins and glass. Also, Johan would have had money over for food.
More for your money
