You know, that just drove up the value of your General Lee up a TON! congrats on building a great car and that's so cool that John drove it! I only hope to build my own one day, but Chargers are very rare here in the North East.

I thank You... While it does have the incorrect interior color, no CB or antenna on the trunk beating the paint off every time the trunk lid is opened, and no "Fake" roll bar, the rest of the car is correct per the TV show..Including the wheels and graphics..

This is my favorite General Lee video on YouTube, I just love this car. I think it's awesome that you took a stripped shell of a Charger and built him into a great General Lee. I also like the fact on how you restored him. Not overly fancy and looks more authentic to me. Simply an excellent job!

@charger19691 Yes, John drove THIS CAR At Carlisle 2011.. Did really well with the 5 speed. (Most I assume are Autos)...Signed my trunk lid and My DVD set as well. Going up to Dukes homecoming in Sperryville Va. about 2hours away this weekend. Gonna see John again. Need to get Cathy's Sig, as well as Cletus...

I wouldn't worry about the interior being black, and the other things. What impressed me is the paint and graphics and the mechanicals. What type of camshaft are you using? I like the idle and the sound. So many charger owners make them so loud,(your exhaust sounds terrific) Couldn't of done better myself!

@charger19691 Typical 2 Chamber "Old skool" Flowmasters, with 2 1/2" duals, and the time honored Mopar "Purple shaft" 284/.484 Cam.....And I thank You for the kind words.
