@dogi4444 Thank you.

@firebelliedtoad Well, wax is good cover for wooden arrows. It prevents water soaking in to a wooden shaft and you can always prepare with foam extinguisher. 8)

@Trophybow1 Thank you my friend. I will keep on shooting and hopefully filming too. Hunting season takes some time away from trick shooting.

@mrwhitetail1994 Well, fall is coming and yes some days are pretty cold already.

I thought bare shaft tuning was about comparing the point of impact of a shaft with an without fletching. If you are just shooting to hit a candle won't you simply allow for whatever flight you get from the bare shaft until you begin to hit?

@dmgm1970 With bareshaft you can see if the shaft is too weak or too stiff. I was trying to find the right lenght for those arrows. Cutting a little bit from the end of the shaft made it bit stiffer and I think the arrow flew more straight. So, no I don't accept whatever flight from bareshaft.

Good shooting. Just hitting the candle is a good shot. Candle is skinny :-)

@Woodenarrows Thank you. Candles are challenging sometimes but they are good practise too.
