thanx for this..it says that it doesnt work for 64-bit but i hav a 64 and it works fine. better than my last one where it was huge and if u put to many icons then it would like fall off the screen haha

thanks big brother! this helps out a lot since i can't get a mac - and as good as macs are compared to pcs - they still aren't as globally used, cost a lot more, and are less compatible. i also worry about this alliance between at&t and the iphone (and the us government).

Brother, if I have a ICON the requires access to the internet how do I add the URL to it ? For exmaple if I havet the ICON for Youtube, how do I make it if I click on that ICON, I will be redirected to the site ?

Go to the web page you want to create an icon for and using your browser go to file - save page as. Save the page to your desktop and then drag-it into your dock.

When I do that the page is saved.. So it's like I'm just viewing the page as a picture, not as a website.

I just tested it right now and it was saved as a Firefox Document (.htm). When I click on the web page icon the page functions like a normal web page i.e all the links on it work.
What browser are you using?
