The Scoodeo program is run by Active Re-Entry, a non-profit organization in Price, Utah and the Southeastern Utah Health Department. It is hoped that the Scoodeo Program will become a national standard for those who use electric mobility devices in rural/frontier areas. The name 'Scoodeo' comes from combining electric 'scooter' users into a 'rodeo' for training on how to use the devices.
This is the longer 10 minute media preview version of the video that was presented nationally to a governmental Highway Safety conference in March 2009. As a production note, it is really interesting to see the difference that two minutes and additional photos can make.
