Wow, I have to admit that's just f' up.. I'm a customer of that site and so far I haven't found anything unsatisfying from them except for the lack of control on my pre-ordered list unlike HLJ. They should have just tell you that the OOO iPhone in their dept are out of stock if that's actually the case and just give you the refund or better yet; promise you a secured reservation for the next restock. It feels like the first guy who replied to you eventually gave the mail to a douchebag staff.

AmiAmi is fine when nothing goes wrong. (Buy a couple of times from them). So far no item defects. They do make it sound like your fault only when errors occurs; which happen once to me. This shows that their customer service have a problem; when something is messed up and their play pointing the finger game. When it reach them; they act like innocent and look pityful to give you refund; and ask you not to order from you again. That will make me as pissed as you if that happen to me.

@MalWave I <3 HLJ.. I'll be getting my 2nd release JP Rodimus soon since they paid for me to ship back my release one (cost them $60 USD) that had the regular QC issues.

I am too quite shocked to hear your email communication between you and them. and what I don't understand is why they didn't try to support you when you can not find the form from Canadian Post office side. They should have contacted their local post office to obtain the form instead and help you out. Or, they could have managed the situation much better with refunds, replacement, or store credit, or something else.

@cstoys I would have been very happy with a store credit, as the item is sold out pretty much everywhere.
Alas, they felt this was there best option to deal with it.
