Yes, all Mustangs are wild and crazy. Especially this one. He's a regular old widow maker. (Disclaimer: This horse has had LOTS of trianing, I actually don't reccommend adopting a Mustang to a novice horse owner. Owning an already broke one is great! Also, I realize the child is not wearing a helmet, please do not flame. Thanks!)

  • Thanks! :) Yes he's definitely fat and happy. I <3 him!

  • Ok, really folks.....my comment that Mustangs are wild and crazy was SARCASM. Look it up, might make more sense to you!

Thanks for all the comments! :)

  • my first horse was mustang! i got him when i was 8! he was very very green, and i am still alive. he has never bucked me off! So, novice people, get a Mustang!!!

  • Green and green usually makes black and blue as a general rule. Sure there are exceptions, but I don't want to condone something that *might* turn out bad.

  • Mustangs make great horse for novice riders. Given that they have been very well trained and have been everywhere and done everything. They tend to be more level headed than QH's. I have 2 right now that I trained myself. They are just the sweetest things. How long have you had her? Where is her freeze brand?

  • I've had Tempo since 2003. He's still going strong and taking care of the little ones. His brand shows he's from Twin Peaks, NV.

  • Tell me this. When people first broke horses did they have helmets? answer: No. Not saying you don't need them I'm just saying they're so you feel more safe. And no I don't wear a helmet on ANY of my horses. But both of my horses are calm and laid back so I don't have to worry about not wearing a helmet

  • ?? I don`t understand :S Wild and crazy??

  • @tuperdoo I agree. It's the same thing with OTTB's. You wouldn't just go out and get an OTTB when you're a novice/green rider. I totally agree with your statement!

  • All mustangs are not always wild and crazy! i have a mustang and she is the most amazing horse ever!
