@CT2507 well ...as long as you know where your fingers were before cooking, you should be able to taste that food to make sure it tastes as good as the customer wants it....a good chef does that...also he makes sure his hands are very clean....it is not up to the customer to make sure the chef keeps his hands clean it is up to the chef himself....
nice, but dont suck or lick your fingers and then stick it in the food u make. no one knows where your fingers might have been before u started cooking!
@besamemucho5 its not the bacteria im afraid of. i dont believe in germs. i think most of it is hysteria.
but it just looks disgusting...that someone who makes and offers food to others does that.
its too intimate. u can do that with your kids food or your wifes. not with strangers.
use a spoon for tasting if u want to make a nice presentation.
