For this project I was given photos of a vase. The vase had a layer of metal oxide within the glass, this created a unique effect where the vase would appear to change color as you viewed it from different angles. My goal was to recreate this effect on a computer generated 3d vase using a custom Renderman shader. I also wanted to achieve this result without using a raytracer.
