Like we said.... we dont stop! Just another semi successful day at the gym. JR & santos (6'8'' googlie-ish dangly muuug is peter) throwin oops up and dunking things down! ENJOY!

Dunks in clip: reverses, tomahawks (Left & Right Handed), reverse windmill, bounce off floor THEN bounce off backboard two handed tomahawk AND oops!

  • is there anybody else rather than just illdunkonyou tested out the nba exercise system for dunking and shooting? Even players like Gilert Arenas have suggested this system. If you have no idea what's going on, just take a look yourself 50 inch vertical (dot) com
