  • Probably a heart attack. Must be serious seeing as he is going with ALS

  • yeah it was weird the casualty was totally conscious yet critical cause they took him to the hospital code 3 lights and sirens. Weird how things work or more so how our bodies work eh?

hope the guys doing well now it's also weird not knowing the outcome of these situations.

  • keep up the good work. it would be great if you could include the address of each incident

  • This one was at a strip mall on 128th and about 84th ave in surrey. thanks

  • Actually, you call them the "patient".

Also, they're not a "victim" until you're done working with them (it's a paramedic joke).

  • @MidnightPolak haha yeah, cops have victims..... us paramedics have "patients"

  • @TRIXSTER03

    damn :(

    but thanks..

  • @uscgswimmer1----correction, I meant to say seeing as ALS showed up.

  • @h0ktar----In order to work for the provincial ambulance service, British Columbia Ambulance Service (BCAS) you must be a Canadian citizen or landed immigrant. and pass all training programs. Once training is done you can attempt to get licensed.

  • @TRIXSTER03 he didn't go with ALS

  • Can anyone tell me if it is possible for a medic from europe to become a paramedic in vancouver/canada? Since we don't have the paramedic system here I know I would have to become a paramedic first, but is this even possible for a foreign national in canada? Or can only Canadians become paramedics? And then I also read that the stations only hire canadians, is that true?

Would really appreciate any info on that!

  • A Freightliner rescue. That makes me moist.

  • police call them victims, EMs call them patients...kinda symbolic

  • you dont call the person the "casualty" you call them the " victim" cause they're not dead yet
