Palm mute is used and finger picking also for the middle section - ie Bass note of chord hit, followed by remaining notes as a group.
NOTE - when you change from F# maj to F# m(maj7) to F# m7 to B maj - the D string seems to be heard nicely through chord changes.


I play by ear or tabs if desperate lol, just can't read music.
