Spore Gameplay Video - Civilization and Space Phase

This gameplay video shows a bit of the Civilization and Space Phases from Spore. The Civilization Phase displays building creation, painting of a military vehicle, building of cities and an attack on one. The Space Phase just has a spaceship flying between planets.

have you gotten very far in space? cause when i could play, it seemed BORING. but that was in the beginning. it take awhile for it to BECOME fun :3

Well I didn't find it boring but annoying - since you couldn't command troops like an RTS it essentially meant you had to micromanage everything with your ship. I ended up heading for the centre of the universe but after that I couldn't be bothered searching the entire galaxy :).

Nup, no cheats. It's quite simple to create military units in Spore. You just click and provided you have the money they're instantaneously created. There is a population limit on how many units you can have but it's pretty high (like 25 or so)

Wise move. It's not a bad game to be honest but the vast MAJORITY of the game (i.e. the Space Phase) was my least favourite phase - the 2-4 hours build-up before that was fun though :)!

p.s. World of Warcraft are for losers that have no life. (no offence to people who play it)
