  • Do I use half hard round wire? TY :)

  • @RosaButton Half-round wire might hurt earlobes, since it has 2 hard corner edges. I would use standard round wire.

  • @nvrba 20-gauge (0.8 mm) wire is a comfortable thickness for ear wires. For comfort’s sake, it’s best to NOT forge the portion of the ear wire that rests in the ear. Have fun!

  • What's a good length of wire to start with? I want them both to be close to the same size with finished.

  • @demoultrie 1.5 in. (38 mm) is a good length to start with. Have fun making your ear wires!
