Hey Tina! Thanks so much for yoru support! :) During these first two days I haven't really been timing the full 30 minutes before and after because its an all liquid phase, so everything I have will be sliding right through the pouch anyway. But tomorrow - day 3 - I will definitely be waiting the full 30 minutes before and after. I'm also going to set my watch for 15 minutes so I know I don't go over the time limit for eating!

Good Luck! You can do this :)! Just a question are you waiting the full 30 minutes to drink before and after a meal. I've heard that is really important.
