@Glenmed some Germans say 'ewig'/'selig', but most of us say 'ewich'/'selich' as Jessye does here; both is usual and both is correct. generally her pronounciatione is absolutely perfect!

I went to see her many times .Once at the Albert hall singing Mahler she lifted the roof off and i could have wept .i wrote to her and she very kindly sent me a photo signed . Which takes pride and place in my room . Brian

This would have been absolutely PERFECT were it not for the trumpet playing the choral with a lifted style as opposed to the legato. Absolutely angelic otherwise. Jessye's voice is so beautifully angelic I can't help but be brought to tears. Bravo
