10/02/08. 1:20AM THURSDAY MORNING. HE ATTEMPTED TO ROB A PASSENGER AT THE BLUE LINE JACKSON STOP. THE VICTIM APPROACHED US ON THE RED LINE AND GAVE A DESCRIPTION AND WE ARREST INDIVIDUAL WITH LOADED HAND GUN AT THE MONROE RED LINE STATION ON THE TRACKS.
