How the FTC Guidelines affect you : IMPORTANT INFORMATION

What you should know about the FTC Guidelines.

Attention: If you make videos that contain products of from other companies (this includes makeup, etc) Please read these official mandates by the FTC that will soon be effective and may affect you and your future videos. (Links in the sidebar)

Although this is nothing to be alarmed about please be well informed that if the guidelines are not followed there may or may not be action taken place against you that can result in a fine.

Be sure that you are disclosing to your viewers the product(s) you are reviewing; if it is being influenced by a financial endorsement and/or relationship with you, or whether it's your own true opinion.


I will say that if you are being paid or receiving free products from a company then this information will be extremely important to you. Please check out the information for yourself.
