@mizugor0 you don't pay for the wifi. Wifi is just how you get your current internet connection to become wireless. You have to originally have a internet service. Then you can buy a wifi base to replace your modem or whatever you use. It makes your internet go from being direct connect to air based so you can use wifi electronics throughout you house. If you already knew this then my bad.
