@7thwardgurl You probably have a fascinate with a bad esn. I have gotten phones with bad esn's just send it back to verizon or call and say this phone has a bad esn. they will give you a new one :)

this is a crappy ass phone i have it right now, hardly ever get service bars on its no matter where i go...cant wait until my upgrade date (nov. 7th) to get my iphone 4.
