Since i did not have laddu besan, I used regular besan and most of the time, I use regular besan even for recipes calls for laddu besan. Grainly texture prepared from besan taste much better than laddu besan, that's just my personal preference but if you have laddu besan, you can use it.

Besan is good for your health than any other flour. I am sure you will like this recipe. When you make with besan, it is important to make grainy mixture of besan for this recipe.
