  • how long does it took you to design this walkthrough, the details, textures, shadows, etc? and which tool did you use?

  • Thanks for your question. This house was built using the architectural drawings as reference. Internally, we have a large library of 3D furniture models, so it now takes us only a few days to furnish a house like this.

  • you did well, how long does it took you to design this house? and what kind of software did you used? can i know?

  • We create a high number of walkthroughs like this one, so we have become quite efficient and we have automated the process, but the first walkthrough we produced took about 6 weeks for 2 people, working closely with the interior designers. We use Maya 3D software for all our 3D visualisation work.

  • one more thing is,, the objects that are seen from the window..(plants,trees and clouds) they are just a plain picture. they are not polygons.. in short they are FLAT..

  • they did not create all of this objects in one scene... for example, the out door scene has only polygons ooutside but nothing on the inside.. the time the door opens, inside the door is a plain GREEN BACKGROUND for chroma keying in editing the video.. meaning we can combine 2videos without seeing any cut. the first scene is outside then 2nd one is from the inside.
