I think a lot of the fact has to do with the fact that Jennifer has a more "generic" face and body (and I don't mean that in a bad way) that is easily transformed. No matter what persona she takes on, Dawn looks like Dawn!
But as much as I love both of them...in my book Dawn is #1.
