@slydog75 If you can back your trailer up near it, stand it on its side then back the trailer two foot away from the bottom of it. Put two 4x4s across your trailer then tilt the hot tub over onto the trailer which should have it at the tilting point. Lift the side still on the ground. The weight of the tub overhanging the trailer with off set the weight of the tub still on the ground. Then slide it so its centered on the trailer. To get the hot tub out to where your trailer is, use 4" pvc pipe.

you rock man! Great idea - i moved a piano up some stairs solo as well as some large trees but the electric winch is a great idea.
