I would suggest you subscribe to him he gives a great break down on how blacks can be empowered economically. he talks about resources nation building, ties and trading with the continent of africa in a very sophisticated and educated manner not the usual nuts 'n' berrys dashiqi wearing nonsense.

I agree with your analysis of the importance of economics. However in order for our people to become Collectively Economically minded (not just individualistic) there needs to be a change in the intrinsic attitudes and culture of the people which enable them to be positioned to grow economically.
you don't need money to change an attitude or a culture even though if allowed money can heavily influence it. So ultimately constructive positive criticism that is acted on is also relevant.

The Pakistanis are soon to be the next powerhouse in Britain through their sheer hard work mentality, unity, sense of community values manipulation through religion and extremely strong economic building. They are now taking the next step into to politics and will push every agenda through to further their community and cause. Our peeps are the complete opposite to this, we are at critical stage mentally and economically!

I've often thought .....is the reason why we blacks had better economic structure in the past when we were segregated becaue we had stronger family structure back then also. As imperitive has economic enpowerment is ive often wondered can it really thrive when black unity especially across genders is in such shambles?
