  • I ran a 1:46 on 800 thats my best :)

  • These idiots don't know what they are talking about.

  • @ZOso319

A lot of them actually and the only time in my life I saw someone winning a 800m race after running a negative split was in a small local meet. Professional runners never do that.

  • @Skateboardingisnot have you ever watched a professional race?

  • @TehHyperPivot Idiot, negative splitting in an 800 will make you blow-up unless you're an aerobic monster (in that case you wouldn't be doing 800, probably 5k). It all has to do with physiology (which will probably take at least 6 comments to explain). But the real point is that you're effort level should increase as soon as you hit the second lap. When I hear the bell I THINK that I pick it up and push harder but in reality I'm running 2-3 seconds slower than the first lap

  • that back drop looks like las vegas

  • @Skateboardingisnot Dude, thats what your SUPPOSED TO DO

  • @xxxar0wxxx A packet of crisps was a little weird but i thought it would be fun :P Alot harder than i thought. I go to a school in yorkshire (england) i can't say which because it would be too easy for the weirdo's to find me :)

  • in soviet russia 800m runs you

  • @xXxlibbybethxXx haha wat school do u go to, and a packet of crisps is a wierd wager :P
