RECIPE:
2 parts raw cashews
1part water
miso paste to taste (chickpea miso is recommended)

  • when you soak the cashews for like half an hour in water before using them, you will 'activate' them to sprout... basically they would be 'more' alive food, which makes this dish even more nutritious!

    (i learned this taking at a raw food work shop by Adam Graham)
