The utilities problem: can I connect the gas, the electric and the water to three houses without crossing a line. Made in response to Ericsurf6 video, with some proper maths in it.

  • i know how to do this puzzle...just fold any edge of the paper u r using in tracing the last...the folded part will serve as your bridge to whatever house u target ^^

  • @MrFunnylicious The number of vertices is the 3 houses + 3 companies, the number of corners/edges is 9, because u must link each facility to 3 different houses, so you need 9 lines that's where the 6 and 9 come from,then the 5 comes straight from euler's formula

  • So basically, we can solve an impossible problem while using a toroid. Marvelous :)
