even if he was a one hit Wonder this genius performance/song alone would put him on the map. Just great artist who created a string of undying classic discs in the 60s/70s is just full odf love & grace (& didnt self destruct)

Heard that when the legal stuff was being thrown about a couple of the funk brothers and others said they would swear affidavids in court that it was Jamerson on bass as they were present ..Kaye backed off
