The music when he's fighting Spinal is pretty reminiscent of the Living Forest music from MK II.

Thunder is lame but his stage kicks ass
seems like the most stylish characters are Fulgore, Glacius, and Eyedol
the rest, especially the humans, are kinda flat-looking

i remember when I used to pick cinder and my brother would pick glacius. he whooped my ass everytime until I eventually got good with cinder and pwned him with an ultra combo. :)

the only thing the SNES version of the game did right was give Eyedol his own theme.
