If you tell fat Americans that they over-eat ofcourse they will act out in fear and attack you because they subconsciously think you're after their doritos.
I like this video. I know from experience what you're talking about. Periodically I go on "diets" and the realization that my body doesn't need 3 high-calorie meals a day helps greatly in that regard. Also allowing myself to be hungry is healthy.

Let's use another example, okay, see if you can grasp this.
As you may be aware, veterinarians recommend that you feed your grown dog and cat pets once a day for optimum health. Do an experiment, feed them 3 times a day and don't forget the snacks.
Do this for 2 months, what happens?

Yes, I agree we are all morons, all humans that is. That's settled.
As for the cats you are correct, I knew that from the minute I said it but what the hell? What is perfect in this dimension? Not I.
Look at the species who eat several times per week and compare with those who eat 3 meals per day plus snacks.
As I stated in the video, I break fast after work, not before or during. Living on stored enzymes is like the best energy trip that you ever had.
