Review of the Stunt Studios (a division of Aftermath Airsoft) model 998, or the KWC 1911 Tactical. Great gun! Very reliable with 410 feet per second firepower, this beast can reach out to 50-70 feet.

@jacob060401 yes! I'd say definitely! However, you might look at what your friends are playing with. If they're playing with spring pistols and you show up with a c02, they won't want to play much longer haha

@aremont Yeah, it really is a great pistol. Especially for the price! That's crazy that Academy is selling them for $13! I bought mine on clearance and it was $20 or $25.

I just picked up two of these at academy for 13.00 each, along with the cybergun sp2022 co2 pistol, while the sp2022 was rated at 380 fps, and the 1911 at 340fps on the packaging I have to say the 1911's hit considerably harder while being only slightly less accurate that the sp2022. Great gun i'm probably going to go back and buy another pair while they are so cheap.

@CombatAirsoftLI I got it at Academy Sports. I think you can also get it from aftermath airsoft. Just google "aftermath airsoft" to find their homepage
