Also, do your self a favor and follow these steps. 1. Preheat your oven to 500 degrees. 2. Lather your stupid head in butter. 3. Bend over in front of the open oven. 4. Shove your fat face inside, and try to leave it there for as long as possible.

Tim Ferriss is not "bragging" here he is just living his life and putting it to music. And if he's not the best at "power moves in breakdancing" who gives a shit. He's doing it. He's doing exactly what he wants to do.

Stick to lecturing. , its less annoying than watching you brag. I like what he promotes, but he just does it in such a deuchy way.
