A lot of incorrect rhythms in both songs because you took some of the more difficult syncopation and simplified them (for example, the intro section to root beer rag is not triplets). Try to fix them and keep your tempos consistent.

angry young man was solid... but root beer rag was too fast and garbage. but at least you're cocky about the garbage part (left hand at 2:30) so its all good

FUCKING AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!! =DDDDDD

is it me or is that a shit piano

@editguy1 the funny part is your wrong
-
and the part 1:27 is not just like that, I mean... the notes are right but the rhythm is not.

angry young man was excellent. but root beer rag intro was not like that. and the fast part didn't work quite well. just practice slowly

...I'm qualified to say that you played it too fast, too badly. I understand that people find it fun to play rags fast. I like it myself :) but still better to play them well. What it comes down to, I guess, is what you meant to do by this video. Showcase your talent? Bad job. Practice more, next time. Have a laugh and mess around? Good on you :) and nice version of Angry Young Man - I will add it to the list of songs I plan to cover at some point.

I'm not quite sure what to say to this, but something inside me says I should say something. I don't like to criticise other pianists, but my honest opinion is that if you're good enough to be able to learn these songs, then you should be good enough to play them better than you did here. I won't comment on Angry Young Man, I've not tried to play it myself and I liked your version. As for Root Beer Rag, I'm not far off the standard where I plan to record and upload my own version. So, I feel...

Potential... But dude, play at the speed that allows you to get ALL of the right notes and not skip beats. It doesn't matter if you are the fastest player, if you miss half the song, who cares to listen?
