For the recipe: http://cookingupastory.com/twice-baked-irish-potatoes-with-stout-onions-and-kale
First, Ivy Manning visited with Shari Sirkin, of Dancing Roots Farm, and learned more about kale. Now its time to take that kale into the kitchen and create something delicious and easy to make, with ingredients that are commonly found in most kitchens!

  • Those potatoes looks to die for! Thank you so much for this recipe. I'm going to have to try it out some time. :)

  • Thanks, @Faithless722! One benefit of filming this was we got to eat it afterwards... and you're right - they are *way* yummy!! =D

  • 5 stars - was waiting for this. Love the stout.

Big Potatoes. LOL - liked your "Atomic" Hot comment.

I'm gonna try with onions/spinach and shrooms. Then put a mixture of cheese and coarse chopped cooked bacon on top.

    Cheers!

  • Thanks, @prayfortruejustice!! =))

Adding spinach and/or mushrooms is a great idea... and, ooooh, Bacon!! mmmm! That's the fun part of cooking, getting creative with ingredients and flavors. I know yours are going to be good!

  • Great info, and it looks yumy! Now I just need to grow some kale ;)

  • @jihadacadien - that's so funny! I was thinking of the same thing. Now that I've discovered kale, I have more recipes to try, so decided I need to grow this! =))
