LOL, this sugar scrub recipe is the same one I use all over my body! I never thought about putting it in my hair. But it keeps my skin looking great, so I'll have to give it a try!

what is the scrub 4? isn't the sugar too abrasive for the scalp or hair strands itself?

Thank you for explaining this to me, cause I was wondering why would someone put sugar in their hair, but how well does it rinse out? Please tell.and do you leave the scrub in and do the conditioner or rinse first then condition?

@MissNaturallyFree :: it' melts because of the heat of your scalp, then rinses right out

Wont this cause breakage to the strands? If you think about it, scrub removes away dead skin, hair is also dead. Wont this, over time break the hair strands?

@kahleentenshi :: I haven't noticed any breakage at the base of my hair strands.

Great vid!! I will definitely be trying this!! So do you shampoo your hair after you finish sitting under the dryer or do you just rinse the sugar scrub/deep conditioner out and style from there? Thank you for sharing!! :)
