I have 2 of those 1 in my old well house and the second is in the back part of my property . When I bought the old farm house which I live in the owner had had died so little info was known about stuff . The pumps were totally rusted some one wanted the one laying on the ground for scrap metal the other is still hooked up to the old hand dug well. I really want to see it run.

you can still get graphite packing rope for that i just picked up some from the hardware store in town mite be good for your pump
