@Vantage818 Billy Stewart, It's a cover of the song "summertime" I was obsessed with him. He's hard to find. Half way between soul and funk, but he threw in these great Skat moments.

I just caught this on TV, and it was hilarious. This version has been edited though. There was more action of the first kid using hand signals properly. Didn't watch the whole thing here to compare it all though. I'd suggest looking elsewhere for the entire footage.
