Batman Freeflow Perfection achievement

Here's how to get the Freefloe Perfection achievement or trophy on Batman: Arkham Asylum for Xbox 360 and PS3. I have mentioned the buttons for the 360 version, but the same moves will work on the PS3. The achievement didn't unlock for me because I already had it.

Sorry for the lack of audio - capture card was a mess. Enjoy some AC/DC instead.

hey,

the quick takedown buttons (Circle , Triangle - A , B) no longer apper why can't i use them??

The combo counter need to be orange for instant takedowns and throws to work. The combo counter turns orange at x8 to start, and then x5 when you get an upgrade. Once you use a special move, you have to chain another x8 or x5 moves to be able to use a throw or instant takedown again.

i press B+Y and nothing happens and i lose my combo

any tips on when to press it?

First, you need to buy it as a Waynetech upgrade. If you don't have the instant takedown move available, then pressing B+Y will do nothing! Second, you need to wait until the combo counter turns orange. This happens at x8 to start with, but there is another upgrade you can use to make it x5 instead.

after you use one, you must rack up another 5 combo in order to use it again. basically, the combo counter must be orange/yellow, not white.

it also gives 5000 points for variation each round so im definetely gonna incorporate it more often

The batarang is the shit I always forget... I've been to close to count on this achievement and I always forget the stupid batarang. FUCK!

@rabidninja HAHAHAHA, funny dude I beat these challenges with three medals no problem.  I was just being a little dramatic the day I wrote that comment. I wrote the comment before I even tried it. I do not enjoy the free flow style, but I managed no problem. HAHAHAHAHAHA.

There is no way this is even possible for me because of my style. I have played several games where countering is a move and blocking, but guess what - I never use them. I am all offense baby - thus, the batman combat challenges become impossible for me. FREEFLOW SUCKS.
